We the People, MUST NOT allow this atrocity to go unpunished!!!

Dear HUSTUSA,
Late last night, the House of Representatives unanimously passed the Brian A. Terry Memorial Act, legislation to honor the life and sacrifice of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry whom we lost one year ago today.
On December 14, 2010 - just hours before the end of his shift and the start of his Christmas holiday with family - Agent Terry was gunned down by drug traffickers armed with weapons connected to the Department of Justice's reckless Fast & Furious Operation. Tragically, he died the following day, December 15.
The Border Patrol has a distinguished history of protecting our nation. Its agents comprise the front lines of America's homeland security effort, something we see clearly living so close to the border.
When the Senate approves the Brian A. Terry Memorial Act, as I'm confident they will, the Border Patrol Station in Bisbee, Arizona, will bear the name, the Brian A. Terry Border Patrol Station. You can read the legislation here and watch a tribute to Agent Brian Terry "Semper Fidelis & Honor First" below.
While many questions remain unanswered regarding how the crime against him was allowed to happen, one thing is certain; Agent Terry gave his life in defense of our country. And on the one year anniversary of his passing I renew my pledge to continue seeking truth and justice for his family and for his fellow agents who risk their lives every day keeping watch over our nation’s borders.
Honor First,
Darrell Issa
