We are talking about the Public School system married to the public sector unions, not to mention self serving politicians !!! Allow me to explain.

I am 53 yrs. of age. I can remember and compare what has progressed from my childhood to today.
In the fourth grade I would see the Ten Commandments ( that by the way hang on then walls of the Supreme Court ) everyday. After summer vacation and returning to school. On the first day of the fifth grade the Ten Commandments were removed and the teacher announced that we no longer had to stand for the pledge, What a shock !

How many of you can remember that after school  there was usually a parent at home? Over time our government has made it mostly nessesary for both parents to work to attain the American dream. In my youth I can remember most of us came home to a parent. Now I can't name any.
The benefit to the government is obvious and  twofold. The first is easy to see and understand. More people working, earning money and paying taxes - more money for the government !
The second is far more insidious....  More influence  on our children. umm, umm, umm.
Remember these people make a living from our taxes. In most cases, these people do not contribute to thier own retirement or healthcare.  Just look at Ohio & Wisconsin. Unoins shipping in members from others states. Obviously it's in thier best interests to protect and advance the futuer of thier dynasty. What's the  best way to accomplish this ? It's NOT a difficult question. " INDOCTRINATION ". How can it possibly be fair that these people go to work like the rest of us but do not have to contribute to thier own futuer? Again NOT a difficult question. Consider this, I live in Las Vegas a city of appx. two million. Conservatively there are over 100 elementary, middle, and high schools. How many teachers, vice principals, principals, superintendents and support staff is that ?
Now multiply that by every community in America. Now multiply that by the indoctrinated.
