Obama and the Middle East.
It seems to be painfully apparent that Obama lacks even a basic understanding of that part of the world. I do not profess to be any kind of expert on this very complicated subject ,however I do know this .(1) We are dealing with two fundamentally different outlooks on civilization and (2) There will NEVER be peace in that part of the world until you get to the little ones and teach them (Not to HATE)! Israel is a modern peace loving country whereas the Muslim countries cling tenaciously to a religion that refuses to evolve and modernize. The examples are many, a children's TV show educating children to use an AK-47 comes to mind, not to mention all the so called Honer murders! Consider this, an opinion poll was taken among Muslims in England in which Some 80% felt they were Muslim first and British citizens second 20 something % felt terrorism is an acceptable means of waging war and 7% agreed with the subway bombings in London. If it comes to down to it in Europe with all the political correctness (you can only push average hard working TAX PAYERS so far before they rebel), where do you think most of that 80% will side? Taking this into consideration YES I stand with Israel. Is there hope? Yes I believe so. Given the lightning fast advances in communication technology people in the Middle East now can see how their friends and relatives are living in the U.S. And Europe. This where Obama totally missed a grand opportunity to be a grate pres. He totally "blew it" with Iran.
