Mexican flag on a New York firetruck...WTF!!!

Didn't anyone else see this??? Taxpayer dollars bought this firetruck...so why is there a Mexican flag flying on it? In later videos, the flag had been removed!!! Could the person who put it on there, please be fired???  HUSTUSA
