Joyce Shaffer sings "Hey, Calderon!"

If a woman in Colorado understands, that Calderon's speech to our congress was wrong, enough to write and record a song about it...why was it allowed to happen?
I believe that Nancy Pelosi wrote that speech! Did you notice she did not have a transcript in front of her? That's a bit unusual to say the least!
