Rep. Pete Stark (D-CA) displays congressional arrogance towards his constituents...on camera...and he just doesn't stop!

What can I say...oh I know...this guy is a hemorrhoid pond-scum!
Just have a look and realize the Rep. called the guy in the audience
and the Minutemen murderers!  The stupidity on parade continues!
