FOX ANCHOR JANE SKINNER: As we’re heading into the recess the battle obviously isn’t over yet and there are PR efforts on both sides.  Tell me about that. 

FOX CORRESPONDENT SHANNON BREAM: Yeah, there is a brand new ad coming out of the House Minority Leader John Boehner’s office and it takes a little bit of a humorous tact.  There is a soap opera theme music playing in the background.  There is a famous soap opera actor who says, “I’m not a doctor, but I play one on TV” and they continue to cut to President Obama talking about things like taking out tonsils or which pills you should take.  Even at the end of this commercial showing the prescription pad writing out a prescription signed by Barack Obama.  The tone here of course is, Barack Obama is not a doctor, but he wants to get in the middle of telling you what your healthcare should be all about.  It is just the latest salvo we are sure to see because there are weeks now that these members will be at home and have to interact with their constituents.  The GOP is hoping that ads like this will force Democrats to answer some very tough questions.  Jane?
